Ill Barroccio – our meeting point

Close to our home there was Ill  Barroccio – a café with a very pleasant atmosphere which, during our stay served as a meeting point on many occasions, as for example the encounter with our mentors from Vulcanicamente – Sara and Nunzia or meeting with our Italian friends who had been to Portugal – Angela, Fernando and Pinuccio – they were funny and kind since the very first moment.

No matter if it’s day or night, Ill Barroccio is always full of music and young people. We could even enjoy some evenings with live music which gave us the opportunity to listen to a bit of popular music, especially “pizzica salentina”.
